Warranty

All products manufactured by Williamsburg Woodcraft Inc., are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original delivery to our customer. Customer is responsible to return product to our manufacturing facility in Selma, NC, for repair or replacement, at our discretion. No allowance will be made for freight, installation, or painting, which will, be at customer's expense. Customer is responsible to protect all products from exposure to weather until properly painted. An approved exterior finish must be applied to all surfaces, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Failure to properly protect products from exposure to weather will void all warranties.

Doors manufactured by Williamsburg Woodcraft, Inc. are warranted for a period of one (1) year against panel slits and excessive warp. Doors in excess of 36" in width or 84" in height are not warranted against warp.

Products produced by other manufacturers, which are incorporated in our products, are warranted by the respective manufacturer.

Insulated glass units are warranted, by the manufacturer, against seal failure for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture (not date of product delivery). This warranty covers glass units only, and does not include any cost for installation, or painting. Glass is not warranted against breakage, including “stress cracks”.

Doors are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of one (1) year against panel splits and excessive warp, in accordance with the "Standard Door Warranty", published by the National Woodwork Manufacturers Association.
